To own a sailing boat is often a costly hobby, if one can sail only a few weeks per year.
Naviloc manages a fleet of about thirty sailing boats. Some of these boats belong to Naviloc, others belong to private owners. Do like them : Keep the right to use your boat at your convenience, and let us manage its rental when you do not sail.
To be rented, the boat must be registered under the French flag.
You will remain free to use your boat at your convenience like before. You may block some dates in advance for your own usage, or decide at the last minute, if the boat has not been booked by a client in the meantime.
If the type of boat matches the market demand, the rent income will cover more than your annual charges. For a given budget, you will thus be able to buy a larger ship, and recover the added value tax (french TVA : 19,6 %) (*).
The rent income will not increase your personal income tax, if you deduct the annual charges and investment (*).
If you so decide, Naviloc technical staff may take care of the maintenance of your boat, to make you free of any technical work burden when you are not sailing.
